Welcome Committee

The Welcome Committee Welcomes You To Highland Lakes

The Welcome Committee was formed for the primary purpose of welcoming all the new residents to Highland Lakes and to provide you with information about the community and the surrounding area. A welcome visit will bring you a gift from the HLPOA, information on fishing, activities, discounts from local merchants, as well as information about Highland Lakes. Included are copies of the Rules and Regulations, Architectural Control Requirements, and Neighborhood Watch. There is even information about living with bears and mountain lions and other mountain living tips.

If you prefer, instead of a personal visit, you can attend one of our two New Residents “Get-Together” parties. Usually held during the months of May and November at our Community Center Building, the gathering gives you a chance to meet your neighbors as well as the HLPOA Board of Directors and committee members. Plenty of goodies to eat are always available!

After you get moved into your new home, please give me a call to arrange for a welcome visit or to get more information.

Welcome To The Neighborhood!
